ORGANISATION 

To facilitate its operations, the Master’s Degree Program Council is supported by four committees: the Student Affairs Committee, the Orientation and Communication Committee, the Quality Committee, and the Planning and Reform Committee. These committees are tasked with overseeing specific aspects of the Council's work. Additionally, the Council has a Review Committee. The composition and responsibilities of each committee are detailed below.

Student Affairs Committee

The Student Affairs Committee is responsible for handling various student-related applications, such as study plans, transfers from other universities, transitions from other programs, internships, and acknowledgment of credits.

Orientation and Communication Committee

The Orientation and Communication Committee aims to establish effective communication with its Department counterpart, and address specific requests from the Council. Additionally, this committee has the following responsibilities: 

• Organize the presentation of the programs to schools and facilitate high school student visits during the orientation period; 
• Conduct orientation activities through events that educate students on the practices of Cross-skills and Orientation Courses (PCTO);
• Collect and provide information on internships and training;
• Promote the Master program to companies and the community through traditional media and the web;
• Monitor and update the program website regularly.

Quality Committee

The Quality Committee is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance (QA) Management Group and performs the following functions:

• Assisting the Chair in preparing the accreditation materials.
• Supporting the Review Committee in assessing monitoring indicators and developing the cyclical review;
• Establishing corrective and improvement action procedures and timelines;
• Monitoring the program by collecting feedback from students and professors, evaluating recommendations from the Department's Joint Committee and the University Evaluation Board (EB);
• Organizing meetings with stakeholders and preparing questionnaires as required. 
• Supporting the Chair in maintaining permanent contact with the EB and the University Quality Presidium;
• Analyzing statistical data on students in the program, including enrolment, careers, graduation, and postgraduate employment;
• Analyzing the job market and opinions of organizations and companies;
• Comparing student data with other programs in the same department/university;
• Comparing student data with comparable Italian programs;
• Analyzing the opinions of students and graduates to identify any critical issues;
• Analyzing the adequacy of infrastructures (classrooms, laboratories, etc.) for the needs of each course;
• Correlating statistical indicators identified in the monitoring questionnaires with actions taken to verify their effectiveness;
• Developing proposals for collecting data and information necessary to monitor the quality of the Master program.

Programming and Reform Commission

The Programming and Reform Committee is responsible for coordinating and implementing changes to the regulations, organization and curricula of the Master’s Degree Program. Additionally, the committee strives to improve the coordination of teaching syllabi and enhance the internationalization aspects of the program.

Review Committee

To support the Quality Committee, the Review Committee (RC) is responsible for conducting annual assessments of the monitoring questionnaires and producing a five-year cyclical review report. The committee is comprised of the Council Chair, the Chairs of the Quality, Orientation and Communications, Students Affairs Committees, members of the Quality Committee (up to 2 professors for the Bachelor program and 2 for the Master program), at least one student representative for the Bachelor and Master programs, as well as a representative of the technical-administrative staff. The Council Chair oversees the coordination of the RC.

Organizzazione del Corso di Studi

Per razionalizzare le attività del Corso di Studi (CdS), è stata definita un’architettura organica basata su quattro Commissioni Istruttorie (Pratiche Studenti, Orientamento e Comunicazione, Qualità, Programmazione e Riforma) ed un Gruppo di Riesame.

Di seguito sono riportati i compiti e la composizione delle commissioni e del gruppo di riesame.

 

Commissione Pratiche Studenti

La Commissione Pratiche Studenti ha i compiti di istruire le domande degli studenti relative ai piani di studio, ai trasferimenti, ai passaggi di CdS, ai tirocini ed ai riconoscimenti di CFU.

Commissione Orientamento e Comunicazione

La Commissione Orientamento e Comunicazione ha come obiettivo principale quello di raccordarsi efficacemente con la Commissione Orientamento di Dipartimento e di promuovere presso di essa specifiche istanze provenienti dal CdS.

Essa, inoltre, ha il compito di:

• gestire la presentazione dell’offerta formativa presso le scuole e le visite degli studenti delle scuole superiori durante i periodi di orientamento;
• svolgere attività di orientamento in itinere mediante eventi dedicati agli studenti;
• istruire le pratiche dei Percorsi per le Competenze Trasversali e l'Orientamento (PCTO);
• raccogliere e diffondere informazioni su placement e tirocini;
• promuovere il CdS presso le imprese e sul territorio attraverso media tradizionali e via web;
• monitorare ed aggiornare i siti web del CdS .

Commissione Qualità

La Commissione Qualità svolge il ruolo di Gruppo di Gestione AQ ed ha il compito di:

• coadiuvare il Presidente nella stesura delle schede SUA-CdS;
• supportare il Gruppo di Riesame nella valutazione degli indicatori di monitoraggio e nella stesura del riesame ciclico;
• definire procedure e scadenze per azioni correttive e di miglioramento;
• monitorare il CdS raccogliendo informazioni dagli studenti e dai docenti, valutando le raccomandazioni della Commissione paritetica di Dipartimento e del Nucleo di valutazione (NdV);
• organizzare incontri con stakeholders e predisporre questionari se necessario;
• coadiuvare il Presidente nel mantenere contatti costanti con il NdV ed il Presidio della Qualità di Ateneo;
• analizzare i dati statistici relativi agli studenti del CdS sulle immatricolazioni, carriere, conseguimento del titolo, occupazione post-laurea;
• analisi del mercato del lavoro e delle opinioni di enti e aziende;
• confrontare i dati relativi agli studenti con quelli di altri CdS dello stesso Dipartimento/Ateneo;
• confrontare i dati relativi agli studenti con quelli di CdS italiani della stessa classe;
• analizzare le opinioni degli studenti e dei laureati e individuazione di eventuali criticità relative ai docenti o alle infrastrutture;
• analizzare le congruità delle infrastrutture (aule, laboratori, ecc) in relazione alle esigenze dei singoli insegnamenti;
• correlare gli indicatori statistici individuati nelle schede di monitoraggio ed eventuali provvedimenti intrapresi, per verificarne l'efficacia;
• elaborare proposte per la raccolta di dati e informazioni necessarie alla verifica della qualità del CdS.

Commissione Programmazione e Riforma

La Commissione Programmazione e Riforma, ha il compito di:

• istruire le modifiche a regolamenti, ordinamento, manifesto;
• migliorare il coordinamento dei programmi degli insegnamenti;
• migliorare gli aspetti relativi all’internazionalizzazione del CdS.

Gruppo di Riesame

La Commissione Qualità è affiancata dal Gruppo di Riesame (GR) con i compiti di redigere le valutazioni annuali delle schede di monitoraggio ed il rapporto di riesame ciclico quinquennale.

Il GR è composto dal presidente del CdS, dai presidenti delle commissioni istruttorie (Qualità, Orientamento e Piano di Studi), da membri della Commissione qualità fino al raggiungimento di 2 docenti per il Corso di Laurea (CdL) e 2 per il Corso di Laurea magistrale (CdLM), almeno uno studente rappresentante del CdL ed uno del CdLM, un rappresentante del personale tecnico-amministrativo. 

I lavori del GR sono coordinati dal presidente del CdS.
